Introducing Vinni Anandham . . .

Hi! My name is Vinni Anandham, and I’m a proud EPPS student studying political science. I come from the town of hippos’ - Hutto, TX! Fun fact: We’re the only hippos in the entire nation! In high school I was accepted in an early college program called Legacy, which let me graduate with my associates degree. At Legacy I led the Community Outreach Club because I love to help others in our community, and anything is always more fun to do with friends! On campus, I work in the President’s Office as a student aid, and am a student mentor for the HBI Student Coaching Program. In my free time I love reading (historical or political books), hanging out with friends, dancing, meeting new people, and shopping!

Introducing Blake Eaton . . .

Hello, all! My name is Blake Eaton. I'm a San Diegan born and raised, and the only reason I'm here at UTD is because I absolutely love this school. As a freshman political science major, I've taken every opportunity to dive into UTD's community. I am Vice President and co-founder of Whoosh the Vote as well as a member of the UTD Mock Trial and Model United Nations teams. I spend whatever free time I have at the gym, reading the news, or writing. I'm a pre-law student, a political junkie, and a brony, but more than anything, I want to experience as much as possible as quickly as possible, and I plan to do just that in my time at UTD.

Introducing Alexandra Noll . . .

My name is Alexandra Noll, and I grew up in Austin, Texas, although I was born in Newburyport, Massachusetts. I'm a political science major, and I'm in the CV Honors Program. I am also a Terry Scholar. On campus, I'm involved in UTD Mock Trial, which is an activity I highly recommend. I plan to attend law school one day, so when I'm not studying, I love to read, watch TV shows on Netflix, and cook delicious gluten-free foods.

Introducing Gavin Roy . . .

Hello, my name is Gavin Roy. I was born and raised in Houston. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in International Political Economy and considering a minor in History. In addition, I'm a founding member of Alpha Charlie, an aviation club that strives to bring the piloting community to UT Dallas, and a member of the IPE Student Association. Outside of UT Dallas, I serve as an intern for the Dallas Wind Symphony where I work in marketing, so things such as ticket sales, CD sales, and advertising fall under my jurisdiction. Being an avid musician and an aviation geek, I spend much of my spare time playing saxophone (which I've been doing for almost 11 years), learning about music, going to concerts, studying aviation, and plane spotting.

Introducing Saron Zekiros . . .

Hi! My name is Saron Zekiros and I am a freshman at UTD studying International Political Economy. I originally hail from Ethiopia, though I have lived in Allen for most of my life. I plan to pursue a career in International Diplomacy. I keep myself busy as an active member of Circle K and as the Vice Events Coordinator of IPESA. In my spare time, I also enjoy hanging with friends and catching up on my favorite TV programs. I am looking forward to all the interesting experiences I will embark on this year!
